RÄUM is a Belgian band founded in 2020 in Liège, born in the turmoil of the pandemic. Their music offers a journey through the hopes, vices, fears, and decline of humanity. With a raw post black metal sound, RÄUM reveals the emptiness and self-destructive nature of the human soul, embodying a striking duality between greatness and decay. In 2023, the band released their album “Cursed by The Crown” on the label Les Acteurs de l’Ombre Production. This opus explores dark and melancholic atmospheres, blending oppressive and chaotic sound waves that capture the inner struggle of mankind. The band aims to create a palpable tension, reflecting the despair and aggression inherent in the human experience. In 2025, the exploration continues with a new album titled “Emperor of The Sun”, also on Les Acteurs de l’Ombre Production. This project promises to delve deeper into the duality that resides within us, inviting listeners to plunge further into the abysses of the human condition. Through intense and evocative music, RÄUM seeks to portray the inevitable decline and fall of humanity and our civilizations.
