The Polish black metal horde Medico Peste has unveiled the first track from their forthcoming third full-length album, “Aesthetic of Hunger”. Set for release on May 15 via Malignant Voices, the album promises another descent into the unsettling landscapes the band is known for.
Recorded in the fall of 2024, the drums were tracked at Prusiewicz Studio by Zed, while guitars, bass, and vocals were captured in Kraków’s Krypta Studio by The Fall. Mixing and mastering duties were handled by Haldor Grunberg at Satanic Audio with razor-sharp precision.
The striking cover artwork was crafted by Mar.A Artworks, with layout design by Contamination Design. As always, Medico Peste’s visual and sonic aesthetics go hand in hand—disturbing, cerebral, and unapologetically confrontational.
